Program: EMGG INC operates an SMS messaging program to send marketing, promotional, and informational text messages to users who have expressly opted in through our website contact form.
Consent & Opt-In: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from EMGG INC sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). Providing your consent is voluntary.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
